  1. What is MYFICTION?
    MYFICTION is a Mobile Novel Platform which works seamlessly on 3G, 4G and 5G networks for Android and IOS User.
  2. How do I cancel the Auto-renewal payment of my subscription plan?
    To cancel the auto-renewal payment for your subscription plan:
    • Go to Profile with Unsubscribe section
    • Click the Unsubscribe button
    • Confirm by clicking YES if you wish to unsubscribe
  3. How can I log in?
    • Browse mobile web
    • Click on the Sign in button to go to the Sign In Page
    • Click on the Sign in/Sign Up tab
    • You can also choose to Sign up with your email id or Mobile number as GUEST
  4. I forgot my password. What can I do?
    • To reset the password set to your email id login, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign in Page.
    • Enter your registered Email address and click on the send
    • A Password Reset Email will be sent to you at your registered Email address
    • Click on the “Set a new password” tab
    • Enter the new password, confirm the password, and click on the reset button
  5. Can I read Novels without purchasing a plan?
    Myfiction has a mix of free and premium titles. You may choose weekly, monthly, or unlock chapters plan. After you subscribe to a plan, you can read unlimited access to ad-free content for the purchased plan.
  6. Where can I see my current plan?
    Click on the profile icon and your current plan will be displayed just below the “Manage Profiles” section.
  7. Do I need an internet connection to read the novel?
    Yes, you need an internet connection to read the novel.
